Ive gone to this location for years, I should probably switch. Every time I go I see my labs on their site and sit and google my results only to eventually have a doctor respond with a phone call to me to give me very short answers like I should know what to do next. Kinda feels like they have better things to do than help me understand what's going on and what I should do next. Pretty sure I learned more from Google than the insight I got from the doctor who called me. Staff are friendly and havent encountered any issues with going in seeing a doctor and getting a referral to get a test done but the end result with the labs in hand I personally think they failed me and should have done better to actually help me over come the issues that I am having. The issues that I am having should have required a follow up, but they have done nothing to truly assist in getting me on the right path to get me through what I am going through. Four years ago I went in with very similar issues. As I went through all of my records and I picked apart all of my information comparing my result from then to now... This health care entity needs a major "House Cleaning" in the billing department. If you need to ask a question about your bill and call the number on the bill and you select option #1, a recording tells the caller that the person you have called not available and you are directed to leave a message (which is never returned). I received my first bill and paid it immediately. Then I received 2 bills with the same dates of service as the first bill saying that I still owed for the first payment I had made plus new charges. 2) I found a way to get to a live person in billing, told her my problem with the bill. She said she'd call me back later that day. NOPE! 3)This billing group needs classes in telephone etiquette, ICD (what ever the number is now) and human relations. Patients have a right to ask about and to receive honest answers about their bills, not avoidance or cover-up. From Phoenix to Las Vegas this billing group is as inept as I have ever seen. And no response as of this posing.

First time we have been at Arrowhead family health center at surprise for my parents in law and we do saw really good experience and knowledge with Dr JAMIE and some time with blood work really good team we are highly recommended hopefully we will stay in here in god willing for normal routine check up!

I'm not sure if the office is called Arrowhead Health or Redirect Health but it's always Arrowhead Health to me. Now I have yet to meet anyone who has a flawless experience with a doctor's office for over a decade. I can say I have had less than 5 less than great times in over 15 years with this company. This time my exceptional experience started from the first person answering my call. She was caring and helpful, taking my message and letting me know when to expect a call back. I had an additional question the next day and again another empathetic, caring person answered the phone and took my message. Then again, the woman who called to give me great news and set my appointment for same day was patient, kind and professional. It was as if they each cared when I said I am in pain. At this time I had no health insurance and was terrified of the outrageous cost of the ER so I had been waiting it out for 4 days. I even went to another company's office in the area that was advertising decent pay options for uninsured which was a waste of time and money. I have been coming to this office for eight years. The medical team is great. They are always very friendly . Short wait times, easy to schedule an appointment. I can not say the same of the front desk. Veronica could not be more rude. She does not greet me when I come in. She pretends she doesn't know me, I am in the office once a month. She will not make eye contact. She makes scheduling an appointment difficult. I have seen her interact with other patients. She makes eye contact, smiles and has conversations with them. This has been my experience for the past year. It was great when someone else was brought in a few months ago to work the closing shift. She is always smiling and welcoming. There was no one at the desk yesterday when I came for my appointment. I signed in and was standing in the waiting area where I could be easily seen by anyone . When she came back to the desk she did not acknowledge me and waited a few minutes then went to the back to let them know I was there for my appointment. The first point of contact is the face of your business.
